Invisible Battalions

This series explores the ambiguous role of women in military contexts — caught between camouflage and exposure, authority and stereotype. Drawing parallels with both fashion and combat, the works question double standards imposed on women: the demand for discipline and toughness alongside expectations of appearance and grace. In my paintings and performance, uniforms and high heels collide, exposing the contradictions that women continue to march through.
