Mural in Hasselt
News
De Kompagnie Hasselt invited several PXL Mad artists to make murals in their new student housing building. It was a great opportunity to translate my previous work about resistance women to a new medium and to intertwine some of Hasselt’s war history with that of my home town.
I created the mural “Rest in Resistance” as an ode to Tina Lucas and Maria Liekens.
